At Egg Back Home, we want you to love your handmade ceramics as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for any unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in glaze and shape are celebrated features rather than defects.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Secure Your Package
Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective bubble wrap and sturdy box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or use your preferred tracked courier service to send the package back to us, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
