Where are Egg Back Home products made?
All our ceramics are lovingly handmade and hand-painted in our studio in Portugal, ensuring each piece is unique and of the highest quality.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping within Portugal takes 1-2 days, while international shipping usually arrives within 5-10 business days.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our stoneware is designed for daily use and is safe for both the dishwasher and microwave. However, hand washing is always recommended to prolong the life of your unique pieces.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
How do you ensure items don't break during delivery?
We use eco-friendly, high-protection packaging materials to ensure your ceramics arrive safely. In the rare event of breakage, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item.
